We arrived on Jan 18, and while our room was not yet available, they did upgrade our room to an ocean view. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful. While we waited for our room, we were able to use all the facilities. There were plenty of poolside chairs, several with shade. The resort is very clean and well maintained. We had to extend our stay, but the hotel was full. At checkout we were given a voucher to cover food and drinks all afternoon until our check-in at our new hotel. The bell boys helped us get the bus to our new hotel, which was a big help. All in all, our stay was great! Kudos to all the staff for their wonderful service.

The service from working staff was nice. The front desk on the other hand were quite deceitful and no help. I was told to wait until arrival to cancel my wifes portion of the trip when i arrived they told me it was to late. They did not meet my needs with the theft that happend at the resort either.

My room had the Jacuzzi on the balcony. I think that was one of the best parts about the hotel. The food was OK. The staff was pretty nice. I did not like how strict they were about check-in. I even offered to pay extra for early check-In, I did get in at 6am so they had me wait in the lobby until 3 PM. I found it kind of funny because housekeeping came at 9:30 AM, therefore why could I not do early check in and have to wait until 3 PM if housekeeping came that early .

Food was great, limited options when it comes to restaurants dining, app for the restaurant reservation does not work properly but you can always walk in and they will try to accommodate you, servers are amazing. Unfortunately we had a loud noise every night at the same time around 1am like pulling chairs and furniture we brought this up to the manager but not actions taken, only downfall of the place looks like they were cleaning and pressure washing chairs

Cons: The front desk staffs aren’r very accommodating and helpful. Due to an early flight we arrived in the Resort at 8am. Few days before we contacted the hotel and whoever was on the front desk that day, won’t even let us finish talking and right away transferred us to a different department. Until we finally able to reached them by messaging expedia. We were trying to request for an early check in if possible. When we finally arrived, we did all the check in process and requested if we can do an early check in and they said to check back at 12nn because check out starts at 11am. They kept us coming back every hour until it was already 3pm. They kept saying the room isn’t ready, and if you booked through Expedia it takes longer to clean the room. They could have told us in the beginning that they don’t do early check in so we didn’t waste our time waiting but instead they let us wait and wait. And they were like trying to avoid us the whole time. We were in the lobby just right in front of the reception area, they see us waiting for hours, 7 hours to be exact but they won’t even bother to give us update or whatsoever. PROS: All other staffs in the resort are very nice, helpful and friendly.
