The oceanfront room was spectacular. The views were amazing. The food was decent as well - a variety of restaurants to choose from. The resort is beautifully designed, lots of photo ops! the pool with the swim up bar is always fun! The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Loved the service! The highlight is definitely the beach… it’s situated perfectly and is absolutely stunning all day!

Great friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I only give 4 stars because our shower was cold it barely was warm. Every morning for about 3 days around 6am there were workers next door talking loudly and working loudly. There were nights I only slept 4hrs then waking up to that noise was alittle frustrating. Food was great and the view to the beach was beautiful.

It was our first time in Mexico and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place! We absolutely loved it. All the staff were so kind and remembered us whenever we entered a room. They had our go to drinks down and what table we liked and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing! The food was great and many different options, as well as the Mexican restaurant was our favourite at the hotel. The shows every night are a must as the dancers put on such a great performance and create a fun atmosphere. Our rooms were always spotless when we came back from a day at the beautiful pool and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!

The lobby was clean and very nicely decorated. The main pool had a swim up bar and the head bartender Abraham was amazing. The entertainment at the pool was top notch with Marco Polo, Gracie, Ruban & Isreal always making it a great time at the pool. The kids club was amazing with their little water park and amazing staff who our girls loved. The 9pm shows everynight were also amazing and the kids couldn't get enough.

This was my first time visiting Cancun and the GR Solaris Resort. It was absolutely amazing. The best part was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They really took care of us. The entertainment was fun and relaxing especially the pool games and parties. The gift shop was a bit expensive, but I will definitely stay at this resort again.

The room is small, I cant really relax cause the next room are doing renovating too noisy, Some Staff are good,some are not helpful like my husband wants to watch games downstairs,He said sorry this is only for member.My husband was pissed,pool is good and bar.Buffet is good.We cant book to the restaurant everytime you book is fully book.Never comeback again in this resort,not recommendable.

The only problem was the lost of power and no access to the elevators for long periods of times. When traveling with kids going to the 5th flr view steps is crazy
