I like the pool and swimup bar. Love the activity staff Marco Polo, Julio, and Gracie they were totally amazing. The food was basically the same every night would be nice to see other items on the buffet. Didn't like how the lady in guest services on Saturday the 13th was trying to pick up on my boyfriend very unprofessional. The construction was very loud but over all it was nice

Very nice live show everyday. Alcohol only 11am-11pm. Room card doesn’t work for me 4 times during the stay for 5 days. kid club and kid area both remodeling during my stay. the asian restaurant was also close for the whole time during my stay.

It's a beautiful place. Except the pool bar closed at 6pm. The towel location closed at 530pm, so you have to get towels in the front desk. If the front desk is doing check ins, you have to wait awhile for a towel.

The property is pretty but on smaller side. The staff were overall great. Very accommodating and helpful in navigating the city when needed. The food options missed the mark and was disappointing overall. Our last night was super loud lots of slamming and banging noises throughout the night.

We loved our stay at GR Solaris Cancun! The food, including all the buffet options, was some of the best I've had even compared to cruises. The staff was friendly, learned our names, and went above and beyond. I especially want to give credit to Marco (pool activity coordinator) and Irving (buffet server). We will definitely return.

There was construction going in one of the areas of the hotel which caused certain areas to be closed such as one of the three restaurants. The bathroom water supply was also low due to construction and one morning we had no water at all.

I don’t like the check in took too long and most of the hotel front receptionists don’t speak English and they tried to serve a few customers at the same time . The servers at the Buffett are very nice, friendly and efficient. I have a group of 12 people we love to tip them for their efficiency. They are very thankful and grateful to us too . Pool is nice . Spa is good too . When we were there from 9/8 to 9/12 only 3 restaurants were open. Marco Polo restaurant served the same menus every night . The best restaurant is Mexican restaurant by the beach . I would love to give compliments to one waiter , his name is Erving. Always cheerful and helpful !
