Location is key! This resort was right next to beach, 5 min walk to restaurants, clubs, shopping & more! Plus they had everything else all inclusive if you wanted to stay at resort only.

The staff at the property were phenomenal. The drinks were good. The food was amazing. Wish they had more options after 10pm. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from all of the clubs and it was safe to walk at any time of the day/night. The bus stop was a minute walk away.. also very safe. Uber and uber eats were easily accessible. Our housekeeper always cleaned our room and kept our fridge/bar stocked. Try the jetskiis by the beach and they give you videos/pictures from a drone for purchase and they came out amazing!!! We also booked excursions through the hotel at a really good price. Worth every penny!! Thank you Riu Cancun!!!!

The hotel is a very place for a holiday. However, it was quite noisy and they other guests were partying until 3-4 am and didn’t have any consideration for the other occupants of the hotel.

This resort has friendly staff and fun vibes. It was not as fancy as some of the other RIU's I have stayed at but I have zero complaints. It was beach front and fun!

The hotel was very clean and I was impressed with the food and hospitality. A great vacation spot for college spring break! We had a great experience!
