We stayed at Hotel Riu Cancun, Mexico for one week, and my experience was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding—definitely a 10/10. The staff were incredibly professional and polite, and both the food and ambiance were simply stunning.”

Hallways were outdated, terrible key cards that lock you put or door sensors die out of battery. Frustrating when trying to get into your room.

Fue una excelente experiencia en Riu Cancún, el personal se esfuerza mucho en brindar un servicio impecable. La playa, las fiestas, los shows, la limpieza, la comida, todo fue excelente, pero lo que más apreciamos fue el trato de absolutamente todos los trabajadores. ¡Mención especial para Adriana (que trabajaba en el turno de la cena en el restaurante principal)!, ojalá que este comentario llegue a ella! De seguro repetimos en este hotel. Muchas gracias!

The property was very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, I had ongoing issues with the key not working properly. I understand that magnetic interference can sometimes cause this, but that wasn’t the case here. Even the housekeeper experienced the same issue. Maintenance came out to fix the door, but the problem continued each day throughout my 4-night stay.

The ocean was very visible as advised. The only reason why I did not give the resort excellent is because our shower kept making the floor wet. Other than that, my stay was phenomenal and I would return.

Overall good stay. Food was not amazing but its also a big buffet so maybe to be expected. Very cheap liquor in the drinks but you can ask for a higher quality liquor and they'll make that. Very nice view from the room. Beautiful beach and warm ocean. Staff energy was great and the entertainment team was awesome.
