The staff were excellent! The food needs a lot of work though to be honest. The room was okay but the outlet by the bed wouldn’t hold my charger in it and it kept coming out. The safe was broken but maintenance came right away and fixed it! The view from my room was amazing!! Other than the food being bland and the plug by my bed we enjoyed ourselves. Did I mention the staff was great?!!! 😊

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never recommend this property to anyone. During my stay, I accidentally left a personal bag unattended. Within just a few minutes, it was gone and later found at the front desk. When I went to retrieve it, a front desk employee told me that a “friend” had dropped it off for me, which was completely untrue. When I opened the bag, all of my cash was gone. When I tried to report this, the same front desk worker who mentioned the “friend” kept avoiding eye contact with us instead of taking the situation seriously. We asked to see security camera footage and speak with security. The front desk staff and a safety/security guard went into a private room to review, but afterward we were simply told they “couldn’t do anything” and that we were on our own. They offered no reassurance, no real investigation, and no effort to help recover what was stolen. After that, we felt extremely uncomfortable and watched by the employees. Several staff members were wearing earpieces, and whenever we walked through the lobby or common areas, they would quietly speak into them and look at us. It felt like they were signaling to each other, making the entire situation even more unsettling and unprofessional. On top of the security issues, our room had problems. The electricity did not work properly, and the hot tub was not hot at all — it was basically a cold tub. Do not recommend

The staff (besides the front desk): charismatic, attentive, hospitable, personable, & welcoming. They remembered our names and our orders. They went above & beyond. Elevators were rocky. For being an adult only resort our floor was loud and disruptive. You can hear everything. The rooms: outdated- beds were springy & uncomfortable. Pillows were flat as well, & the blankets were brought upon request,. They were old & faded, as well as the towels. Our shower head was broken. We had to call the front desk a lot which was an inconvenience & annoying. It either took 2-3 calls for them to come or they simply wouldn’t come. Mini bar was stocked well with beverages.There’s no room service. The main restaurants close by 10:30/11pm. The sports bars stays open 24/7 but only has microwave food available. The Food otherwise was really good. The entertainment did such a good job. The pools & beach were very clean. They keep the resort really clean. We didn’t have a bad time but I wouldn’t stay at this resort again simply from their amenities.

Honestly the staff were really nice and friendly, but the food and drinks were awful. Very limited options for food after hours, hallways on our floor were not air conditioned at all. Bathroom only had one outlet plug. Felt outdated.

The food and services were excellent. The rooms require updating and the beds need mattress pad covers and duvets. The entertainment was good, however, the guests passing in front of the stage wasn't very good and took away from the performances. The surrounding area could improve for tourists. While trying to shop we were hounded to buy drugs and eventually we gave up trying to shop. Our boys were also offered drugs and prostitutes, so very disturbing and disappointing - they didn't leave the hotel for the remainder of our trip. We loved the beaches and absolutely loved our stay at the Palace next door. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but likely won't return to the hotel zone in the future.
