Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience truly outstanding service. Initially, we were assigned a room that didn’t meet our expectations, but without hesitation, they quickly moved us to a much better one, which was amazing. The only downside was the food. While there was a good variety, the quality didn’t quite match the rest of the hotel’s excellence I’d rate it around 6/10. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

I’m am not satisfied with this and this sleeping arrangement was unsafe and a health hazard to asthmatic guest. The current conditions of the hotels rooms was not disclosed in the book site. I’m not happy with the situation on either sides of things. Which required me to book a completely separate reservation to protect my health. Room 1102 is not up to code and the front desk staff noted that all rooms are exactly the same. I have photos available if needed. Please help with next steps.

We had an amazing time at RIU Cancun. It’s an all inclusive money well spent resort! The food was delicious, amazing room view of the beautiful ocean. And service was fast and excellent. RIU whit party was so fun. The entertainment was funny and kept you watching! I’d highly recommend this resort!

We found the staff to be super friendly and helpful - the best part of the resort. The pools were nice especially the relax pool where we spent most of our time. The restaurants were nice, however, the buffet usually had the same things with not much change. The rooms are dated and could use a facelift. We found them sterile without much warmth. We found the water in the bathroom especially when turning on the shower stunk and wasn’t pleasant at all. The beach was small but heard it was due to Hurricane Helene. However, there was enough chairs to sit and enjoy the water.

Riu Cancún was amazing. My husband and I were both celebrating our birthday ( one day apart) The maid decorated our room with balloons and staff sent us up a bottle of champagne for my birthday and the next day a bottle of tequila for my husbands. Very clean, cute, fun, relaxing and stocked with amazing drinks and food. Super clean everywhere and our room was cleaned everyday. The view of the ocean is amazing. The food was good but not amazing. Overall 10/10 experience!!

The property had a nice layout. My only complaint was there weren't a lot of dairy free options in the 6 restaurants. Your girl would like some dessert too!
