Had a great time here. Hoping the renovations include another daytime bar. Would love to see a large round tiki type bar and to cozy up to near Jabanero's with all day music. Not loud music, just good music. Otherwise, this place was wonderful. Not sure if we'll be back with so many other destinations to explore. We'll see what the renovations bring.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The restaurants were delicious and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and entertaining. The beach is steps away from the pool and there is easy access to cabanas and lounge chairs as well. I strongly recommend this resort, although they are going to renovate it in a few weeks. They’re planning on a grand reopened by Christmas 2025.

Our stay at the Hyatt was absolutely perfect! There are so many positive things to say about this place, but let me start by talking about the food. It was not only delicious but beautifully presented with a variety of options to satisfy any palate. The resort offers several fantastic restaurants, and we especially enjoyed dining at the outdoor restaurant, where we could take in stunning views of the water while enjoying our meal. Every room at the Hyatt faces the water, and we were treated to a spacious room with a large balcony. The linens were soft, and the shower amenities were of excellent quality, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The staff truly made our experience stand out. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the fact that the resort is an adult-only retreat. While we both love children, having a peaceful, quieter atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. It was wonderfully relaxing. That said, if you're looking for more lively activities, there’s plenty to enjoy! The resort offers fun events like foam parties, trivia, and "name that tune" games for those who want a bit more excitement. In the evenings, there’s entertainment, but we personally loved just unwinding at the beach and savoring the delicious food at the restaurants. All in all, this resort exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We highly recommend it!

Place was very strict! Came with a group to celebrate noise bothered them we were just trying to have a good time, would not let you go into restaurants in bathing suits w cover ups! Did not let you drink beer the pool, or eat.

The staff was great, but the food and beverages were not good. It was a quantity-over-quality experience. The dinner options were poor. We left the resort three nights in a row to get a decent meal. The wine and cocktails were also poor for a five-star resort. The bartenders used syrupy mixes instead of making hand-crafted cocktails. I expected better for the price and ratings.

This was my second time at the hotel. Excellent night time entertainment. Beautiful hotel. The room service was quick. Didn’t have any stomach issues either time I was there. The gelato was amazing! Will be back after the renovations.

The staff is excellent except for the restaurant waiters are overwhelmed. We went to 3 and it took 15-30 just to take our order and the same to receive it. Some restaurants are hot and need a/c. Food is good at the Mexican and Asian Restaurants and room service food is good. The poolside restaurant is horrible and the buffets restaurant not good. Place needs to be renovated, the floors are cracked and the furniture is dated. The elevators take forever and one is broken. Out Jr suit was very comfortable. The shower and jetted tub were great.

We had a fantastic holiday. The staff are brilliant. The hotel is lovely but a little tired and I note it is closing on 31/03/25 for a refurb.
