We really enjoyed our trip, and the staff and the hotel's cleanliness were awesome. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and welcoming, and we are definitely going back next year. Our room, 608, had a great oceanfront view with a jacuzzi. Just loved everything about the Resort 😍

Fantastic service! We had the best four nights stay. Staff are all super nice and helpful. Facilities are new. Food is amazing. Many activities throughout the day but you can also book the tour with the agency through hotel (we did jungle tour and Chichen Itza; both are great and convenient -- pick up/drop off from the hotel). Love the spa service as well.

Staff were wonderful especially our Butlers Omar, David and Migiel. Room was very clean and maid service was great. Restaurant options were very good as well as the outside areas by the pools were convenient for pool goers.
