The resort is very clean and the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience enjoyable. The only downside for me was that they didn’t offer a lunch or dinner buffet. Aside from that, it’s a solid spot with great service.

We liked everything, the friendly staff, the service, the food, the beach closed to the hotel. We had an amazing family vacation at the Marriott in Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was incredibly friendly and polite. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! A very special mention to Leonardo at the Mexican restaurant, he was very attentive, he was super helpful, hewent above and beyond to make our dinners unforgettable. Sandra at the omelette station was always so polite and friendly, and Mayerly at the quesadilla station was incredibly kind and attentive. Gisel and Adrian were very attentive as well — we truly loved them all! Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. My mom and I went for a week getaway and everything was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend for all ages. The food was spectacular at all restaurants - I wish I had a whole more week to try other menu items. The staff was the absolute best and the whole experience was stellar!! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic staff , the Japanese restaurant was definitely the best and the Mexican style breakfast and staff were the best . The room was great - just didn’t like the constant loud music at the pool and the fat shitless Americans at the buffet . They should at least enforce a shirt rule when eating
