The food at all buffets was pretty lukewarm. There wasn't much that was at a temperature that it should be at. The ceviche which I believe should be somewhat cold was warm. The mozzarella sticks the cheese was not melted. Stay was overall nice but food needs some work. Also, the pushiness from staff to get you to do a 90 min timeshare presentation. They said they have restaurants you can book reservations at but they don't tell you until you go to reserve that priority is for members. They say reservations are made between 8-3pm but when I went at 8am there was only an option for 1 place. Then proceeded to tell me that if I had done a presentation they might be able to help me. That does not sound right.

Everyone was super nice there. The room was really clean. Also, I love the buffet style the variety of foods the location offered the bar at the pool side was really fun as well. They also has a Starbucks inside I loved that!! there’s also a store inside that has a lot of the basic necessities. No need to bring sunscreen, toothbrushes, and other varieties. They have everything available there. I wish I would have known that 😊 You come here it’s OK come hereI hope to come back with my family next time we had a great honeymoon.❤️

We stayed in the double suite and had the all inclusive package. The suite had a nice kitchen and it was kept well appointed with drinks during our stay. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit outdated with a very small bathroom with built in shower/tub. The bedrooms and living room were nicely decorated and comfortable. The grounds are nicely maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Top notch on the staff we encountered. We didn't use the pools much but there are several to choose from with plenty of space for lounging and dining poolside. Beachside service is great, although the lounge chairs aren't very comfortable. The dining is not great. As I mentioned, we had the all-inclusive package so we had the majority of our meals at the resort. We went to a couple of the restaurants that were considered more "high-end" and while the food was good it was hit or miss with the menu items. Overall, I'd give the food a 3 out of 5 stars. We got massages at the spa which was a really nice experience. Again, exceptional staff and all five of us had a great experience at the spa. I had a massage from Monserrat and she was fantastic so I went to her a second time. Lastly, they strongly encourage attendance at a presentation about membership in their time share program. Told it's 90 minutes and no pressure. We were there almost 2.5 hours and kept getting more offers after we repeatedly said we weren't interested.

This is not your typical all inclusive like the other hotels in Cancun, this facility is also a time share so you get a mix of member and the usual guest. Place is nice, but very basic and does not have a lot of amenities and restaurants. Not a lot to do, since there is not a regular or daily shows/events that you can watch and participate. They are also very strict with checking in time so plan your vacation well. Pool area is nice but you have to wake up at 6am to save your lounge chair. Beach is not that great but doable. I don't think I will come back here again.

Beautiful, clean, good food! Too busy and hard to get chairs in the shade. But the sister resort was gorgeous and quiet and the ocean was still on that side of the water. Would visit again.

We checked in on a Thursday evening- because this property is a timeshare, we were required to change rooms on Saturday. It was a huge inconvenience as we couldnt really unpack anything. To avoid this, you must stay between a Saturday to Saturday. In order to do any excursions they offered? We had to sit through a 90 minute time share presentation. We stayed in tower D on the 9th floor and two nights before the end of trip the elevator was down and never came back on. We had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs including carrying our luggage down. The room service menu didnt have a lot of options, neither did the restaurants. They posted in kid activities a tie dye shirt project, we went down 15 mins before the activity started and they said they arent doing it because they dont have the materials and didnt have an activity to replace it with. I likely will not return.

we came with very low expectation knowing this is a cheaper all inclusive resort in cancun. we're like "the bad reviews about the food cannot be that bad, maybe people are just picky" but oh boy! half of the food in the buffet are just bad. and good luck on trying to reserve a dinner reservations in any of their restaurant, non-members can only reserve daily at 8am. i was first in line in the reservation kiosk at 8am and all they have is 9pm or they will tell you they're fully booked. the rooms are ok, feels like an old holiday inn but clean, the only saving grace for this is the palapa poolside restaurant called Charhut, we receive better service here that the buffet, the servers are friendlier and will refill your drinks promptly, also better food options like tacos, calamari, burgers because it's made fresh not like soggy fried food from buffet. ok, enough with the food. The beach around the resort is rough, not really safe to swim even for adults, even in a calm day. the pools were nice but not enough chairs and they tolerate people who reserve and not come back for hours.
