I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. We will definitely be coming back!

Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort.

The room I booked "Two Bedroom Ocean Front" Room and when I went to check in they gave me "2 Bed Room Ocean View." The price is lot different. When I showed them the booking from Expedia they found the mistake but they didn't have any 2 bedroom ocean front available. The property manager and front desk people were excellent and tried to help me with the mistake. They asked me to come to front desk next day so that they can move us to a new room. The manager moved us to 3 bedroom ocean front room and gave extra resort credit to compensate. I really appreciate all the people at the property to help. However, I had to waste almost a whole day going back and fort in the front desk and changing room. I lost the whole day of vacation.

This was a last minute trip and truly an excellent vacation. I took my 2 boys (16 & 9 yrs) and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent; the grounds, pool, hot tubs, beach, activities were fantastic. The personnel were courteous, helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We cant wait to go back!

The room upgrade for our anniversary was awesome. Not a lot of beach hiking at this property. Good was good but not great. Rooms were beautiful with very nice ocean views.

This so far has been the best all inclusive experience I've had. Everything was clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were of good quality and had flavor. As far as the employees there, everybody was nice, helpful and made sure you got everything you needed and wanted the way you wanted it to the best of their ability. The only thing i do wish is that this resort had more activities and definitely more music. It was a little too quiet. I suggested maybe some more music, particularly latin music so you actually feel like you're in Mexico.

Quality of the complimentary drinks was disappointing. I’m told this is fairly common across all inclusive resorts. Little to no alcohol in cocktails. All other services were top notch.

The property itself was very beautiful. The reason for this poor review is due to the fact that we went there to relax but ended up with a nightmare on our hands headed home. The hotel charged my dad‘s credit card a very high amount of money I am not allowed to say apparently in American dollars instead of pesos. When he called to correct the issue, they said they required him to send his credit card and passport and could not correct the issue. We had to contact the bank to get involved. Additionally, Expedia sells trip insurance, but refuses to cooperate with them when it comes time to file a claim. We had to leave our vacation due to illness, and filed a claim in the beginning of December. It is about to be February and the insurance company still says they are waiting to hear back from Expedia. I am starting to get the feeling Travel Guard and/or Expedia is a scam.

We traveled with our extended family and with small children ( 1 year to 9) . We had a fantastic experience. It was a very laid back and Family friendly environment, but yet checked all the boxes for the adults. It didnt feel like a theme park and was a true vacation. We will be back!
