It's a great place for families with kids. The resort is neither too big nor too crowded. There are a lot of dining options, and the dishes are decent. Thanks Jose, for welcoming us and showing us around.

10/10 recommend! This is my second time at Finest and it was wonderful! We had a small issue with our bathroom toilet and it was taken care of quickly and from their attention to detail was fantastic. Armando and Javier really made this trip special for my family and I, we will definitely be back! All the staff is incredible, very service oriented, we love Finest and Mexico!

Worse resort ever. Eleazar, the new manager doesn’t know how to properly treat clients, high expectations due to the great reviews I’ve read before choosing this resort. Never again. I’m scratching my ankle currently. I wish you good luck and pleas share your experience if you ever decide to step in that resort. Needs to change.

My stay during Spring Break was wonderful. GREAT good choices, staff were always extremely helpful and greeted you with a smile. I traveled with my 13 year old daughter who did enjoy herself. However, I would suggest offering more activities for teens and tweens in the future. There is nothing offered to keep them occupied and socialize, On another note, I would like to commend the entertainment provided nightly, every show was absolutely amazing!! Job well done!

Amazing strong drinks with top shelf alcohol. Great food! My husband said the sushi was very fresh and some of the best he’s had at a resort. Wish they had more breakfast options than just the buffet. Beach is gorgeous. Housekeeping is amazing and hard working. We always walked into a clean room and loved the nightly turn down service.
