Bring back the waffle station

Hockey puck Waffles hard and cold, last time I was there I was able to make my own and so much better, bring back the waffle station.

Has the best time at this hotel for our 5 day trip to visit family. Clean, friendly staff and the best breakfast selections I have seen in a while. Anna who made the food everyday was phenomenal. She is very attentive. She made my mom and aunts stay the best who happen be twins!

I checked out of 1 hotel in King of Prussia to go to Long Island. I was not pleased with the hotel in King of Prussia and was on edge about going to another hotel. Upon entering the Springhill Suites, I found that the hallway near the elevator had dents and exposed plaster on the walls. There were also spills on the carpet on the main floor and on the second floor (where my room was located). It looked like coffee spills but looked very nasty. I kept telling my husband that I was not happy and did not like this hotel either. We entered our room and found a very clean and spacious suite. It was modern/updated and smelled very fresh. I was very pleased with our room. My husband added that his interaction with the front desk staff was "basic" but he found them unprofessional. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel and very pleased with the cleanliness of my suite.
