I slipped and fell down the stairs, leaving my room area due to wet floors with no signs. I contacted front desk and no one came to my aid. Injured my Ankle and arm . Told The front desk when checking out and that’s when they offered for someone to look at my ankle that was twisted. We got locked in our room three times and waited for over an hour for someone to retrieve us. Food Was decent, but didn’t like that I had to pay for drinks at the restaurant.

It’s a Beautiful resort the atmosphere was good the staff were friendly it was very clean and the restaurants were good. The only downside was the location it’s not near any restaurants or shops

We stayed there the week after Xmas Property was too spread out - the shuttles were limited to get back and forth to your hotel Not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people Towels ran out Dining options were limited Back of the house was intermingled w/hotel guests

Hilton Tulum

Celebrated my wife’s birthday here. The resort was really clean, the food was great especially the mexican and italian restaurant. The pools were nice and clean and easy to get around despite being big. The service was great. Loved it here ery relaxing. The coffee was so good in the coffee shop!! highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Hilton Tulum Maya Riviera Hotel from 01/31/25 to 02/03/25, and while my overall experience was pleasant, I was disappointed with the room service. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards I expected from your establishment. The room service staff were not only unaccommodating but also came across as rude during my interactions. Requests were either delayed or dismissed, and the overall attitude of the staff made it feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a priority. I experienced having multiple Cockroaches in my room throughout the stay in which I addressed this issue to Jesus the concierge and was very rude stating “what do you want me to do about it”. I even offered to show a picture to prove the situation and he disregarded it completely. Also we had a leaking issue with the toilet in which they had staff come into the room to examine the issue and stated they will return, however, there was no follow up and it still continued to leak. This was quite disappointing, as I had chosen your hotel expecting high-quality service throughout my stay. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the restaurant staff. They were very welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out and were a highlight of my stay. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the room service experience

Hilton was nice but i would check out room 2331 for bed bugs because my legs were gettin bite up and my friend was in the same room but in the bed and wasn't the bed next to the balcony

We stayed at Hilton for one night. The room and facilities are super clean. Room is modern and comfortable and quiet. There’s a pool area for each building. I wish I booked all my stay here. The lobby is magnificent facing the ocean. You immediately feel luxurious when entering it. It’s worth the money comparing with other hotels in Cancun at the same price range.
