If you are evening slightly thinking about staying at this resort do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I stayed here for 4 nights with my family (3 &5 YO) and I think this hotel was the biggest regret of my entire stay! To begin with when you check in they except you to wait while their staff is going back and forth trying to figure out HOW to check you in, to get around the resort

The Hilton Tulum Resort seems to focus on producing a product, i.e., providing guests what they need. Apart from that, staff need lessons in the hospitality industry. This goes across all positions. Front desk clerks don't know how to address guests with genuine concern. They may as well be security officers. Very dissatisfied with service, will not recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay on the resort. Don’t be cheap get the enclave upgraded suites it’s totally worth it. We had a regular king suite jungle view & switch immediately the next day to a king suite that came with 2 bathrooms, a tub & 2 balcony. It also comes with butler service which made everything so convenient. He took care of everything, ask for Rapheal he was the best. The food is also really good, do not believe ppl who say the food is nasty, they’re just not use fresh food without all the junk in it. Also when you get the suite you have access to a private pool & restaurants as well as the enclave suite where you can catch some AC, relax, get a drink & eat and snack in. The property is so beautiful & so many amazing places to take pictures. You can also book excursions right on the resort & it wasn’t expensive. We did ATV, Swam in the cenote & ziplining for $250 a person. They even pick you up & drop you all. And for all my wellness ppl they have fitness classes for free. I caught a 7:30am yoga class on the beach right in front of the ocean. It was nice. It’s so much I can say but you can look up my ig @shytown1988 I’ll be showing videos & breaking down everything I did on this property. And

The staff at this resort were truly the best part—genuine, kind, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The scenery is also beautiful and relaxing. That said, many aspects of the resort fell short. The beach was falsely advertised as sandy; it’s mostly rocky with only one small area suitable for swimming. Check-in was rushed with little explanation about schedules or amenities. The resort provides a link with information, but it’s often outdated and inaccurate—like listing pools and beaches as open from 7 AM, when services and bars don’t start until around 10 AM. Food options were disappointing. Buffets often had empty trays and limited variety, especially for non-vegans. The snack bar offered little more than leftover pastries and coffee. Our room had a broken mini-fridge that was never fixed, and the TV had only two working channels. Worst of all, the resort was full of mosquitoes and ants—we left with allergic reactions. Entertainment was nearly nonexistent. There was only one short, low-energy show each night, ending early, with a small stage and limited space. No real nightlife or events. In short, great staff and views can’t make up for poor food, inaccurate info, lack of entertainment, pests, and maintenance issues.

Great property, extremely clean and staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again just because of that. The food would be my only complaint. Except for the breakfast and the Italian restaurant . The other options were lacking seasoning and the traditional Mexican flavors that we all come to love . Late night transportation station to each casa after main performances could have also been much better . Having carts waiting after all main stage activities could have prevented the wait times.

Friendly staff, fast help services, convenient room service for breakfast was great and easy to order by phone. I like to take it easy in the morning and not rush to restaurant for breakfast. All inclusive, why not enjoy anyway you like.
