An oasis of tranquility away from the noise and busy environment of Chiang Mai. So many decorative native features. Wonderful breakfast with choices of fruits, breads and eggs cooked to order. Wonderful and kind staff, great service. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. A real “home” feel

Joy's House is an oasis of sweet tranquility. The staff are genuinely hospitable. The grounds are gorgeous and well-tended. The property is a short 15-20 minutes into the heart of Chaing Mai. I also appreciated the a la carte food options available for lunch and dinner. I hope to return someday.

What a lovely place. Family run old style Thai home with wonderful ambiance and lots of greenery. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved being able to borrow bikes to explore the local area. The best breakfast in Thailand too. We will definitely be back!

Endroit sympa, mais un peu loin de tout. Beaucoup de moustiques même s'ils allument des bougies anti-moustiques, ce n'est pas suffisant… Dans la chambre, la literie est bonne mais les oreillers sont trop durs. Pour l'eau chaude de la douche, c'est une petite chaudière à allumer manuellement. La piscine est froide et l'eau n'est pas très claire. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais bon. Globalement, c'est un peu comme une maison d'hôtes.
