First only one key card worked second 2 bottles of water weren't in the room and thirdly we were on the 3rd floor and it smelled like paint. Receptionist was nice but we shouldn't have had to go to the front desk to let you all know things weren't working or in place especially for a 1 night stay.

My room was very cold because you cannot adjust the thermostat pass 71° . What I don't like about the heating system is motion sensored which means when you are taking a nap or if you are asleep for the night the heat turns off. When I woke up it was 68° in my room. I was freezing. The only microwave is at the front desk where they sell water, chips and other snacks.

Room was smaller than expected. Building showed it's age. Located in a warehouses/train yards. Breakfast only available at the bistro for a few, Internet connection could not be established. Staff was always on their cell phones. Would not stay there again.

Very good stay. Convenient to where I needed to go and highways. Only issue was I was supposed to be next to my former wife and boys. They said they put a note in the record to that affect, but I was placed across the hall.
