Pokoje w systemie Hotels wyglądają na bardzo czyste i zadbane. Niestety ich rzeczywisty stan jest dużo gorszy. Są nie sprzątane rzetelnie. Po trzech dniach próśb o dokładne posprzątanie dostaliśmy w końcu inny pokój który też musieliśmy sami posprzątać by zostać na ostatnie dwie noce. Na osłodę dostaliśmy voucher 30USD do baru - dwie szklanki wina.

This hotel was ideally situated, close to the events I was attending. Staff was friendly, room clean and large. Breakfast was standard food but hot, and well maintained. The only thing I would change is the picture in our room that had a fountain sound and no way to turn it off.

Breakfast options were good, however the room was often very crowded and they didn't open the overflow room soon enough. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room (528) was great but it would benefit from having some hooks - there was nowhere to hang bath towels
