Shout out to Shay at the front desk who made my check-in a dream after being unexpectedly stranded in Chicago. It was nice to have such a friendly and helpful person go the extra mile to get me settled after so much airport stress. Room was perfect. Loved having starbucks access. All the restaurant staff we interacted with (and room service/housekeeping staff) were awesome people! The pool and fitness area were a little outdated and dingy. Overall, it is a decent hotel but you could likely get better amenities elsewhere (newer hotels) for the same price.

Friendliest staff at this hotel - very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, with a separate living area, and parking garage was easily accessible through an indoor hallway on the first floor.
