Had called because I wanted to set up joint rooms was told that needed to arrive on the facility and ask their I arrived early. They said that was not possible. They booked us rooms next to each other That had the doors, as if they were joined rooms, but they did not work or open. When I got there to check in on time, my rooms were not ready. Still needed to wait half an hour. One room ended up being ready before the other one, because apparently something was broken in that room. I was there to celebrate someone’s birthday did have a child with us. In the other room. Main reason we wanted joint rooms, but again was not possible, gave us the key to the room before it was ready. We thought it was ready, so we went in but we find staff in the room somewhere fixing somewhere sitting onto the side somewhere in the bathroom, so I’m not sure. It just was very messy to start off. The valet was extra, messy, super packed, not enough staff for That. Not sure if That has anything to do with the hotel at all. Staff was friendly staff tried apologizing for the inconvenience. But definitely don’t think I’d go back.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located in downtown Chicago. It was easy to walk to Millennium Park, various shopping plazas, Navy Pier, and almost every other tourist attraction in the city. For those that aren’t walkable, the subway is also nearby. The friendly hotel staff worked hard to keep the hotel clean. However, the area around the hotel is bustling, so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this might not be the best choice.

Its nice to have the restaurant and bar on the first floor. Hotel staff is nice. I was on floor 7 and the hallways was smelly like mildew. The room AC blew nice and cold and the room didnt have a smell. Unfortunately after booking this place we were told the pool was out of order for basically the ENTIRE summer which is crazy. So felt like we could have gotten a better hotel. Overrall it was convenient location within walking distance of basically everything

Every time you walked in the lobby, it smelled heavenly. The staff always greeted you when you walked to the elevators. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Neighborhood was safe during the day but at night was questionable with the amount of people hanging out at night next door and at the 7-11 just a block over.

Overnight in the City

Our trip for an overnight stay was nice. Everything at the hotel is clean, close to river walk and Michigan Ave. Bummed that the pool was not working but they did upgrade us to a jacuzzi suite for our kids. It was nice. The door man the nicest member of the team, so friendly and kind (shout out to him).
