Perfect location. Great staff —very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very large for our family to enjoy and we got a little view of Lake Michigan. The hotel is walking distance to MCA Chicago, shopping on Michigan Ave, public transit, Oak St Beach, and you can see fireworks 2 blocks away on select nights at Navy Pier. It was perfect.

Great hotel. Possibly the best one yet. The rooms are clean and well lit. All the amenities are available. Our lake view suite was on the 18th floor and there were no complaints. The sofa bed’s mattress is better than most of the other hotels I have been to.

Rude staff. They chraged me with the upgrade. I needed to embarrassed (loud voice from the staff that everyone can hear in the lobby) and frustrated before they offered free upgrades. Things was not explained well, inexperienced staff, do not recognize in this hotel the VIP status of the guest, need additional training. Jennifer the manager knew what happened.

Room was super spacious, which I loved. Very clean. The sheets for the couch bed are not tucked in the couch or even in the room which assures me that stuff are clean.

Very rude staff, inconvenience with parking raised valley parking for the weekend cause of events and it doesn’t say that anywhere , fridge was broken shower water pressure was low and the soap was out even after house keeping came
