Very clean. Rooms were huge, plenty of space for guests to visit and keep them separate from your bedroom. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was standard. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa in the lobby 24/7 was a nice touch on cold days or any day really. Centrally located and convenient. 2 min walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Chicago. The location was ideal with so many amazing places to explore within walking distance. The hotel is very nice, rooms clean and modern, the hot breakfast was good (longer hours would be better), the 24 hour coffee/tea station very appreciated, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The only downside was housekeeping was not completed daily however the staff was attentive when we needed anything.

I loved most everything about Sonesta Mag Mile. The only thing is they do this weird deposit of $100 for EVERY NIGHT YOU STAY- so i was thrown off at check in when they required $400 deposit (after already having pre paid the hotel stay). It just seemed a bit much- lower the deposit to like $50 ea night or something. Also parking is available for $70 ea night however you can go onto spot hero and find a way cheaper in/out spot at Water Tower Place garage which is about 2 1/2 blocks away. Staff was excellent and the rooms are huge! Stayed in the king 1bedroom suite (got an upgrade). Hot chocolate and tea and coffee out 24/7 which is nice for those cold temps outside! I will definitely be staying here again. My daughter and I loved it.

Room was spacious for a family, clean and quiet. Staff are nice. Free Breakfast was great esp the room was spacious, lots of tables to eat on. Coffee, Tea and hot cocoa available all day. Room key activates the elevator and only the floor you stay on, so Great for security. Nice Big TVs in the living room AND in the bedroom. Wifi works great.
