I booked a room with the water view, when I checked in I asked before I get the key, Is it a water view. They told me it is. I show up in my room and it’s not the room I booked. I called the front desk and they’re telling me we apologize all of the rooms are booked with the water view. Wonderful hotel in a great location along the river. The view from Terrace 16 is amazing! Also, the pillows on the bed are really comfortable. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Staff service was very high quality and the lobby and common areas were very clean and well organized. Gym was modern, big and clean. The actual room had some marks on the walls and a buzzy air handling vent in the master. An automated lighting system that was a bit dim and difficult to use. We would stay again. Mini bar and snacks were high quality. We would stay again.
