Our stay at this property was made very memorable by all staff. The room manager, Pablo Criado, took care of my wife and I to take our Anniversary stay to new levels from what was expected upon arrival. He went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Our time at the hotel restaurants and bar was very enjoyable and when we went off site all the staff was great in recommending us to places they thought we would enjoy. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and will be returning myself for future stays.

Great stay; high parking rates

The stay itself was very nice. The service was amazing. Harrison was so helpful and kind. The price for parking was very high considering we were already paying $1000 for a two night stay. Self parking was an additional $72 a day. The mini bar prices were very high as well but there is a gas station right around the corner. We had a city view and it was beautiful. There is a river boat ride right there you can take and this was in walking distance to several restaurants and Cloud Gate!

The building is luxurious and fantastic. Made my day so easy to check in and park. The staff is very friendly and just amazing answered any questions that I had. The room was super clean and the view fantastic. Only down side pricing of valet otherwise everything else was fantastic.
