Unexpected fees after you check out was insane. Amenity fees for lobby ice water is ridiculous I never thought I would be paying for that. Housekeeping was terrible they would knock once then walk right in the room. We couldn’t even walk into the hotel without a family of rats walking across the door is was unsatisfying and I won’t stay there again! The hype was not the hype at all. Valet took 49 mins each time to bring your vehicle.

Close to everything. Gorgeous view of the lake and a beautiful rainbow. Wow! Friendly staff. Weird doors on the bathroom. Sliding doors tend to be noisy and unwieldy in general and this one was bad. That’s my only complaint.
