These are things i didnt like Remote big Channels skipping 5 channels LG tv Dish cable, didn't even know they existed. No streaming on the tvs No microwave All the windows dirty with big spiders and spiders webon the windows and patio furniture Patio not as advertised Elevators dirty Only one microwave in the building sitting on a towel and doesn't rotate No microwave in the room Had to ask for robes weren't already in the room Terrible *city* view Room service tray been sitting out here since we arrived Wifi is 10$ a day. Why am I paying for wifi and ive already spent $700 in whats suppose to be a 4star hotel The locks do not fully turn and lock Housekeeping rude about asking for extra towels Shower sounded stopped up while turning on the water

The stay would have gotten 5 stars, however the bathroom shower was not clean! there was hair in the drain! Once I made staff aware, they sent someone up to clean it. I also was able to do early check in for additional $50.00

Clean, friendly, spacious rooms

Staff were all very helpful and friendly, attentive to our needs. Rooms were spacious and clean, our lake view was amazing. Well equipped exercise room, pool with 7 ft deep end. Bar and small restaurant available as well. Beds were comfortable, room was a little dated but still nice. Elevators were annoying slow at times. They even had a luggage hold service which was great as our flight was in the afternoon. The lake front beach and walk way were about a 10 minute walk under the expressway, and Navy Pier was about 15 minutes away. Dog friendly, and for smokers, a nice area outside with rocking chairs looking out towards the lake (where you can also watch the fireworks at Navy Pier.

The property is in a great location. However, needs a little TLC to the decor in the actual rooms. Should be a designated area for smokers…… a lot of smoking in front of the establishment near the rocking chairs that face the lake.
