Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral, and Cathedral square. Discover the great eateries close by, or cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and 2 full tiled bathrooms. Fast speed WIFI throughout. Welcome to this charming 3-story townhouse! Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find the inviting living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an outdoor space for your enjoyment. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor boasts a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. Please note that access to the upper floors is via stairs only. The living area is bathed in natural light, providing a comfortable seating arrangement and a generous 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a dining area with ample seating is conveniently located, making it easy to savour meals together. For larger groups, we offer a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a fifth guest. Perfect city centre base in Christchurch
Lovely modern, clean, cosy and comfortable town house accomodation for our family to use as a city centre base to explore all that Christchurch has to offer by foot or the excellent bus network. Two double beds and a nice double sofa bed in the lounge was able to easily accommodate our family of five. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater. Overall we were delighted with our choice of accomodation and it was a perfect place to stay.
