This home is located in a development of townhouses on Cashel Street. It is within walking distance of highly rated cafes such as C4 Coffee and restaurants like Smokey T’s. The popular Chinese supermarket Oriental Warehouse is just across the road. Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour gym is a 2 min walk away from the house.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

City Noise: As an inner-city townhouse, expect typical urban noises like pedestrian traffic, car sounds, and general residential activity. The townhouse is quieter with the windows closed. Light sleepers may want to use ear plugs or consider a property further from the city center. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
