Room was spotless. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick. Only problem was that the room was on the second floor so we had to carry our 20kg suitcases up the stairs in the pouring rain. I'm getting too old for that. Choice of floor should be an option at booking time.

The room was fantastic however the pick-up and drop-off service was poor. We had to use a taxi as the manager was unable to guarantee a suitable time to enable us to catch our 8.40am flight.
