Our office hours are stated on our website. All booking made receive a confirmation which states the closing times and guests are required to contact office if arriving after 9pm. We set the room up in good faith that you were going to arrive.

My flight was cancelled and I needed accommodation for the night. The lovely people here made everything easy for me and they offer a shuttle service to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Chch is a cold place in winter and the heated floors in the showers are lovely. overall a pleasant two day stay over.

Booked online and arrived on early morning flight. Keys were easy to collect from lock box, room clean and well appointed, bed comfortable. Very kindly dropped as back to near the airport in the shuttle bus to collect our motorhomes. Great friendly service from booking to departure. Highly recommend!
