The Space:

Step into a bright, modern home with open plan living, high ceilings, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The main living area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind.



The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, a gas cooktop, double fridge, and a spacious island bench, flowing into a dining area that suits group meals. A second lounge provides extra space for relaxing or quiet time.



There are four bedrooms, including options suited for families, and two bathrooms with walk in showers and a bathtub.



Outside, enjoy a private patio and lawn with a trampoline and spa pool. The home also includes laundry facilities, parking for two vehicles, and additional street parking available.

Halswell is a quiet, family friendly suburb known for its green spaces and relaxed atmosphere. Nearby parks, walking tracks, and local shops make it a convenient and pleasant place to stay, with easy access to Christchurch city and surrounding areas.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple, with easy road access to central Christchurch and nearby suburbs. Public transport options are available nearby, and driving into the city centre typically takes around 15–20 minutes.
