Enjoy this beautifully designed 2-storey 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse. Located 1 street away from Hagley park, come explore the Botanical Gardens, Avon River walk and a great array of eateries on offer. This 2-bedroom property comes with 2-Queen Beds and a Sofa bed (linen additional cost) and a free private carpark with EV charger. This newly appointed townhouse comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and even a bidet toilet with heated seat. Do not miss out on staying at this home.
Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard which faces North West for beautiful afternoon sunshine. The 1st floor (A flight of stairs to be climbed) contains a full tiled bathroom with shower and bidet toilet, and both bedrooms with spacious Queen beds and wardrobes. In the living room there is a sofa bed for an additional linen fee, a 5th guest is able to stay. Canterbury Linen Services, who service local 5 Star Hotels, provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's 5-star hotel clean.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed internet throughout the property. The property comes with one free allocated carpark and EV charger. Please note the EV charger is a Type 2-charging station - A cable is not provided so should you wish to use the charging station please bring your own cable.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2-hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

A near new apartment in a good quiet location that was very clean and well appointed. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Only very minor negatives where the bathroom is upstairs while living area down, so a few trip up & down stairs for this older person and check-in at 3.00 pm, later that the usual 2.00. A very comfortable stay and would stay there again. Thanks

Tournie week fun
We loved our spot for the duration of our stay in NZSS football tournament week. We were in the centre of all fields and close to town, even enjoying a late night scooter zoom through the park from our restaurant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, particularly as my husband was working ‘from home’ between games. There is no onsite manager and contacting the manager is through email only so this may have been a concern if we had an emergency. We discovered this when we locked ourselves out by entering our pin into the keypad wrong 3 times. Note to selves it does reset after doing a little siren bit. All in all a great location and great stay.
