The staff were lovely but the property needs an upgrade. The shower water floods out to the carpet. The upstairs water drains noisily outside the windows. condensation is a huge problem so windows had to be opened even when very cold.

The property was fine, it had everything required. I loved the spa bath and the rooms are spacious and quiet. They could make it more appealing by putting a bedspread over the single bed in the lounge and a full length mirror in the bedroom, as well as more than 2 clothhangers in the wardrobe.
