Drury Inn & Suites - accommodation in Cincinnati

It was absolutely horrible. I have pictures of how nasty the place is. First off as soon as you walk in nobody at the front desk to help you second the smell of dirty carpet was overwhelming. We finally get to the room. The room was clean but everything was torn up. The mirror film was falling apart the showerhead had scum the shower to turn on and off the water didn’t work. I couldn’t tell if it was going too hot or cold because it was just spined. There was nowhere to place the blow dryer. It was on the floor. There was no extra toilet paper. The sheets had holes. The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. However, the carpet didn't feel very clean. The balcony was a nice touch to the room, however it just felt so old. The bathroom didn't look clean upon arrival. However there was more than enough face cloths and towels for the 3 of us that occupied the room.

We asked for extra blankets and a pillow and they never came. We called the front desk three times and they kept saying they were “on their way.”
