The condo is an older unit. It is clean and location is a bonus.We had a slight problem with a toilet that wouldn’t flush upon arrival, but maintenance fixed it immediately. The skillets are in poor shape. We purchased our own to use during our stay ( and took our new skillets home with us). The skillets really need replaced in the unit. The pool rules are a little excessive. Basically, kids have a hard time having fun with the strict rules regarding pool toys ( dive sticks and pool noodles.)We did love turtle time!!!!

We've stayed at other units on this property, but this one exceeded our expectations. The unit was modern, A/C was comfortable, and the view of the pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very conveniently located to downtown Cocoa Beach, condo was spacious, clean and was perfect for quick access to the beach and witching walking distance to lots of places in downtown. We will definitely be back!!

I could stay forever

This was such a fabulous place! Easy to book and such a great location. The area around is such a fun vibe and carefree attitude with lots of places to chill, shop and eat at. Plus who can beat the pool and your own access to the beach!?! Wow just amazing I want to go back so bad it was so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place and I definitely will book again!
