Check-in had a strict policy of their 3pm check-in, I arrived at 2pm and was told to come back at 3pm due to room not ready. When I returned and got to my room at 3pm, I noticed there was no amenities in my room; no soap, no shampoo, no coffee or coffee maker. I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning next door for some soap and shampoo, she obliged me with 3 tiny soaps and 2 shampoo packets. She told me I had to go to front desk for coffee. The front desk apologized and said would send maintenance to my room with the coffee. Maintenance worker arrives and tells me that I was "out of luck, we don't have anymore". I said "what do you mean out of luck" he just shrugged his shoulders at me. I told him then I would like to get half off my room then, he told me to go to go to front desk, before I could leave my room the housekeeper grabbed the one out of the room she was cleaning and gave it to me with some coffee. Thank you housekeeping for acting quickly. The room looks like they tried to remodel but the bathroom was very strange, it looked like the whole room was a shower with a toilet in it, there was no separation from the shower to toilet, all shower water poured over to toilet, I had to put towels down to keep the area dry. There is also a trick to turning on the tv, there is a button you need to push under the tv to activate the remote. I would strongly recommend paying a little extra to stay elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.

When we arrived, the place looked run down and sketchy. It turned out that they are going through renovation, but the area is a nice area with lots of shops and eat options. The community is nice. The room is modernly upgraded and spacious. It is a basic accommodation but comfortable and clean. I believe it will be a nice accommodation once renovation is done.

staff was nice, room was clean. construction was not mentioned at time of booking, so surely some amenities were not available, pool etc...The most annoying thing was what i assume was construction work above my room, pounding, thumping etc all day from morning until evening - no sleeping in or going to bed early possible! sounded like several people running wine sprints back and forth right above me.

The room exceeds the way the inn looks from the outside. The inn was under construction, so there was a lot going on, but the check in was smooth and staff was courteous. Once we got our room, it was like being in a different world. Room was spotless, smelled good, and it seemed so much newer than the hotel itself. Overall it was good.

The new rooms are nice inside. The outside is another story. It’s a filthy job site with construction trash and worker trash. Some of the workers stay in adjacent rooms and they are slobs. Trash, cigarette butts, drywall mud tracks.

1) Make the office sign more visible and obvious during your construction. Clean the office while working there, it looks like a rat’s nest. 2) I called the reception to report that the hot water ran out while filling the jetted tub. The response that it’s because a lot of people are using the hot water in the building because it’s cold outside is absolutely unacceptable. Do you really think people are that stupid? You should refund us since we paid for a room with the tub and the hot water kept us having to wait 3hrs to fill it. And once filled, the bubbles were forming this thick BROWN foam on top, absolutely disgusting. Seriously? Please reach out to me for a refund.
