The staff didn’t accommodate guests. You had to go down to the lobby for items you requested. This happened in one occasion. Second day, we asked for toothbrushes and they couldn’t bring them up for because staff was in a meeting so we asked if we can go down to get them. Waited 15 minutes for them to come back after looking for toothbrushes saying they were out.

Our room was very spacious. We got the deluxe king on the 9th floor. Had amazing view of the lake and pool. No room service was kind of a bummer and the staff could be friendlier

Two trip ruiners … would not stay again

Two main things that really irked me. First the surprise of having to pay an additional $40+tax for parking. When you look at hotel prices and they already have a ton of stupid fees and you are expecting to pay a certain amount, getting hit with an additional $50 just to park is terrible and annoying. Tell people before they book …. Secondly the gym is in bad shape. Several pieces of equipment are broken and worn and the benches are super wobbly. Maybe invest some of your parking money into the gym so they can vent their $50 frustration.

It was very nice place and quiet. Close to the shopping Mall. Tons of great restaurants and Starbucks. Nice neighborhood area walking distance to Sergerstrom Hall. I enjoyed my stay there and I will stay there again.
