The staff here were wonderful, engaging and seemed invested in making our stay excellent. Ms. Tammy was a hoot and we bonded over me and my "Little Jesus" I kept in my pocket. She alsoade me the best Texas shaped waffle ever! Billy at the bar took great care of us after the Hurricanes played the stars giving us more time to make new friends. We would choose to stay here again based on staff alone, but the location and the quality of our stay were equally important.

The staff was excellent from the front desk (Hi Asia!) to the folks managing the breakfast buffet. Excellent, friendly, smiling, and made us feel we were at home. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because she deserves praise for the job she does. The rooms were quiet and clean! We were very happy with our weekend stay.

Front desk staff was super friendly at check in. Let us check in early. We were always welcomed when we walked through the doors. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Tammy at breakfast was the hostess with the mostess! So friendly, thoughtful, and you can tell she really loves her job! Thoroughly enjoyed talking to her. Billy the bartender...what a gem! He welcomed us to his bar, treated us like family, and made AMAZING drinks! Both Billy and Tammy truly made our stay more delightful.

Lot of Street Noise

The accommodations were fine. No issues. Our room faced Harry Hines Blvd and was extremely noisy with racing/loud bikes and cars at night/early morning. This is not the properties fault, but maybe they could encourage the local police to patrol the area more.
