Room wasn't clean, smelt like urine. Broken fittings and fixtures. So many things wrong. We were moved to another suite for second night. Not much better in that room. Carpet is filthy and wouldn't take our shoes off. No hand sanitizer in the hotel anywhere for guests. We asked for the one hand sanitizer unit in reception to be filled several times to no avail. Not a great stay unfortunately.

Staff were friendly - was the highlight. TV - limited to 2 sports channels, cnn, old movie and TVNZ 1 (nothing for kids) Room floor was dirty, walls dirty & marked/dirty Extractor fan in bathroom - has this wine noise in wall, that the neighbours turned on at 12am and only went off at 2:30am - it keeps you awake.
