It was definitely a beautiful hotel! Staff members were all amazing & answered any questions I had. Room service was even more amazing with a view of the city! Absolutely disgusting hotel. Staff is nice. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in downtown Dallas by far. Valet only unless you want to walk two blocks and valet is very slow.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful. I requested I needed a refund a week prior to arrive for personal reasons that we were unavoidable. The Statler would not grant me a refund nor would Expedia. I will never stay that again. This was my second time there.
