Good position to get to markets and the number 30 and 35 tram on La Trobe. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable, bed seemed a bit small. Beautiful pool.

The reception staff were great with my grandchildren, the room was pretty good, could do with a bit oh tlc, the beds were very comfortable, the only problem we found was the restaurant staff were rude and very unattractive so we had room service and the food was average, the kids didn’t eat any but the chips.

We were provided with a complimentary upgrade on our room. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant served a beautiful dinner & breakfast at very affordable prices. Excellent accommodation & I would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and had the most amazing corner suite. Totally loved it there. Clean and quality furnishings. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The reception staff were attentive and friendly except the bar lady looked grumpy and didn’t make us feel welcome so we drank our one drink and left. But didn’t let her spoil our stay.
