We stayed in early February. My daughter was bitten by bugs during our stay, pediatrician believes they are bed bug bites. Called the hotel to let them know. Was told the General Manager would call me back. It has been multiple days with no one reaching out. The staff while we were on site was fantastic. This had been our second stay at the property.

The room was OK, except for the fact that the mattresses were hard and the shower curtain kept trying to cling to your body while showering. The posted rules for the hot tub were not followed as one night we went down there and there were some people monopolizing it for 45 minutes and drinking beer, which was also against the rules.

The juice dispenser quit working and was not fixed for two days. Still not fixed by end of trip. The food was not hot enough. The hotel is very nice overall. Too close to the interstate, but the noise was overcome by the loudness of the air conditioner units. Still did sleep ok.
