We stayed on a busy weekend in Des Moines. Lots of baseball teams needing to stay in hotels. This hotel was super quiet. No kids running around the halls being loud. The patio was really nice and plenty of privavcy. Floor to ceiling windows in the room, comfy bed and pillows. Nice amenities. We will definitely be staying again for a kids free weekend.

This was by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at in a very long time! Such a refreshing stay, staff was friendly, hotel was nice and modern. My only nit picks were the limited TV channels which sometimes didn't work because of network outages. And someone tried to charge $96 in drinks at the lounge to our room instead of their own. We didn't even visit the lounge, but the staff was quick and friendly to fix it for us. We'll be back again, it was truly a good experience overall and one that made us a fan of this property!

We arrived for our 1 night stay after a long day of driving. It was an oasis to step through the door of this property-it felt calm and gave us a sense of relief after the day. Amazing property! We were in town for 1 night to watch the UFC fights and our stay was perfect. The hotel looked brand new, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Definitely our new go to place whenever we're in town.

Nice property, However, front desk staff were not the friendliest upon arrival and they don't offer free wifi.
