Staff was nice, there was only one towel in our double room upon checkin. No towels in the pool area, but front desk staff took care of it quickly. The pool area is large and the kids loved the heated outdoor pool. The pool was very busy and loud, but the kids enjoyed it.

We had a great time. The only mishap was when we were getting ready to leave. I have rhis thing where i strip all beds of everything and put in a pule for housekeeping( family used to work in a hotel.) When we stipped the bed there were sime nasty stains

Even though the hotel is a little older, I have always liked staying there. Price wise is good, whether for work conferences or personal business, I have always had a nice stay. Handicap parking is helpful and staff being able for assistance if needed. Doors and the area around the hotel are nicely lit. The parking lot is clean and if you sit outside there are chairs and there is not alot of trash or cigarette butts around.

My wife and I have stayed at this property before and usually have great experiences. All in all, the property is not properly managed, specifically having some what I felt was vindictive action by the front desk. The bar staff was amazing. However, the staff for breakfast was not keeping up with coffee, food, and cleaning up. The adult hours in the pool were not being followed and the staff said that there was nothing they could do about it. The general manager indicated that he felt good about his staff as he hired and trained them. We will not be staying here again.
