I came to this hotel after a concert rather late (around midnight). The man on front desk working around that time was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was playing a loud shooting game on a laptop in the back but that's not even what upset me. He was rude and was assuming things about myself and the group of friends I had came with not allowing us to borrow pillows or do anything without assuming we were going to steal- which clearly we weren't we were just exhausted and hungry so we can for extra pillows and to purchase items from their mini market. Upon entering the room the comforters were disgusting covered in random red and pink marks that continued onto the lamp shade. On top of that there were spilt dried liquids all over the counter space above the coffee machine. Overall the stay was not enjoyable and I would not recommend!
