Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced. Check in at hotels should be quick and easy after a long travel day.. this was the exact opposite!
Paid for a king room and was given a room with 2 queen beds and when I showed my reservation was told it’s because they are full!? I reserved it.. why bother to offer room types if you don’t honour them?
The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. The springs were poking into our backs and the mattress was so worn out it was awful. It’s ok for a quick stay but I wouldn’t return for more than one night. The shuttle to the airport was nice perk so good for a night before or after a flight
