Hotels with a Wedding Venue in Colorado

The room was clean and the rooftop pool with an outdoor seating area and hot tubs was very nice. Overall the property was great. My reason for not giving the property 5 stars was the check-in process. We arrived early to check in and were told to come back at the check in time of 4 pm. At 4 pm, the lobby was very crowded and somewhat chaotic. This was on a Saturday. After waiting 30 minutes in a long line to check in, the woman at the counter at 4:30 told us our room was not cleaned and we'd receive a call when it was. I thought it unacceptable that our room was not ready even after the official check-in time.

Everything was amazing, except a few negatives, the shower pressure was low, I did complain, but the shower remained the same pressure and I didn't feel completely clean. I also dropped something behind the bedside table and behind it I found an old bottle top and a clump of hair. The pool was delayed opening, but I knew about this before booking. I would stay here again however, but only once the shower pressure is fixed.

Breakfast was good but not as many items to choose from this last visit.
