Love this place

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Their Kick Back hour is amazing. After a long day of driving, it was very much appreciated. The staff is out meeting the guests and are very friendly. I also love have freshly popped popcorn on arrival. This is our first pick if we are in Iowa.

Better parenting needed.

The hotel in general was good. The families who stayed at the hotel needed to control their kids. Ran rampid through the place and down the halls later at night or playing on the elevators. You ended up having to use the stairs. You couldnt use the pool or hot tub because it was over full with kids and extremely loud. The hotel needs to have an ADULT TIME for hot tub and pool. The kids were just not supervised and allowed to do what they wanted. The hotel workers did the best they could by letting the kids know that walking all over furniture, throwing popcorn at each other while the parents watched was not a good choice. It just boils down to poor parenting and not good relaxing time for others staying.

Great hotel option. Check in was easy, the complimentary happy hour was great, and despite what looked like a full hotel, it was a quiet night in a clean and comfortable room.

Was an awesome stay, i just planned it unknowing for state basketball going on, only down side we couldnt get in the pool or hot tub it was over packed

Great stay

One of our favorite hotel stays ever. Excellent friendly staff. Pool was incredibly busy but it was spring break. Lots of complimentary food options
