I ALWAYS have problems at this property with the room cleanliness! I attend a conference every year there and year after year, I have dirty sheets on my bed when I arrive. This year, my bed was broken and I had to change rooms at 1am. I was never credited and the points weren't applied to my loyalty program. VERY FRUSTRATING. I am on the planning committee for this event next year, and I am going to recommend we find a different place to stay. :(
