Very convenient location to the main transportation hub with tons of shopping and food options. which can also be crazy crowded and packed with people. However, once you get the hang of it, it’s fairly easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

I was assigned to 2 rooms on the 7th floor and both rooms were very loud from the train passing every few minutes that it drove me crazy. Mind you, I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids for both ears. My 2nd room was for my kids and was a little further away, but they were not bothered since they have noise canceling earphones anyway. I had asked for another room away from the train and was kindly moved to the 30th floor on the same side of the building. I can still hear the train, but very subtle enough that it was not bothering me. Ask for a room away from the train side. Other than that, the hotel was nice and close to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn't say it was a full 5 stars as advertised, may be 4.5 stars.
