The worst the lighting in the room was horrible. Television didn't work couldn't change channels or volume and after informing the front desk manager he stated that he couldn't do anything about it and the engineers would have to help; come to find out he didn't bother to inform the engineering department nor add notes on the room in their computer system. The room was a disappointment overall.
