This is a modern and reasonably decorated hotel. However, when we checked in, we were placed in a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. We changed it, but were placed in a room that smelt of damp. That was bad enough, but when we asked for help with the room, the front desk staff promised they would call us back and then did not do so. We asked for help a second time and were again given fake excuses; one member of reception (Nitin) promised to have his management send us a letter under the door or give us a call. No help arrived.
It seems the front desk of the hotel operates a policy of lying to desks and hoping they will go away. This is appalling.
