Santa Clara County accommodation from NZ$173

I thought from reading the previous ratings that this would be a nice place. Boy were we disappointed! They were supposed to have a bar and restaurant. They might have once but not anymore. Rooms were dirty. Nobody was bothering to clean around the baseboards in the bathroom. It’s almost as though they just pushed the dirt to the sides of the room. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included didn’t exist. You could buy a seriously overpriced muffin, dry cereal, etc., but the price was outrageous. The property is being sold so hopefully it will improve, but right now I will avoid it.

I've stayed at this property off and on for over 40 years. They've renovated rooms, kept the pool and grounds nice, good continental breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see it's still a great place to stay

We love to stay at the Maple Tree Inn. Great, friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast is always good. If issues arise with your room they are handled in a very timely manner. Reasonably priced. Easy to get to. A plus rating all the way around.
