Service for a disabled traveller was impeccable - so rare. 100% to the staff and hotel. Lovely hotel. Shuttle is brilliant. Did not feel like an airport hotel at all. Adjacent to the terminal - not need to leave the terminal at all. Check out care wax stunning including arranging my wheelchair assistance instantly. As someone who regularly flies and frequently has to wait 40+ minutes for a pre-booked wheelchair to arrive - this was a revelation. Really well done.
