Comfortable room & brilliant staff
I was extremely impressed with both the quality of the facility & the spaciousness of my room. The fine details regarding the presentation of the room were both unexpected & truly appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable, a welcome relief after 3 nights on an extremely hard mattress at a far more expensive hotel in KUL. The staff were knowledgable when I needed help navigating locally. The concierge organised transport with Grab, significantly cheaper than a standard taxi & very thoughtful.
