Skamania County accommodation from NZ$155

Housekeeping was terrible. They don’t really clean. I was refused service. When I switched my room. They said they couldn’t get pancake mix off the carpet. I was there for more than a week. Never switched rooms.

The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience. Don’t know that I will ever return.

The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was offered, but it appeared there was a charge for it (I may be mistaken). There was some work underway on some of the rooms (window replacement/repair), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I would stay here again.
