From pre-arrival to check-in, everything was seamless. The team even reached out ahead of our stay to ask what we needed, which made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of from the start. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We had originally planned to stay at another hotel, but made a last-minute decision to book with the Omn and we are so glad we did. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable stay!
