4 / 5
Very clean and pretty hotel. Staff were very helpful.
Only downside was that i paid extra for a room with city view but was placed on the 3rd floor with a close and bad view of the neighbouring building. When i complained to reception they moved me 3 floors up which still had an obstructed view of the same building so made no difference. The hotel has 16 floors so didnt understand why they didnt move me higher. Didnt want to move again after long flight so just accepted it.
